A-ha! (not the band) I figured out, finally, how to change the prices in the condominiums. I may end up rebuilding a great deal of them. This is the point in the game where some sense of planning would pay off, but I didn’t do that.

I’m really not sure what happened. I wanted to leave the tower running for a minute, which I did, to see if a random event might occur. All that resulted was a loss of 1500 population. Time to lower some more rents!
