If it stopped working i can tell you 2 spots to connect and put an on off switch, it worked on mine when it stopped working.
What ended up happening was I alligator-clipped on a battery pack to test it (backwards) which blew a diode on the front side of the board. The one I did after that turned out much better, partly because it had much more room in the case, because it was a classic DMG. However, I haven’t made YouTubes of either one. I should do that…
